Data Source and Accuracy

All zonal value data is compiled from published BIR Schedule of Zonal Values and Department Order annexes - official public documents released by the BIR. We make reasonable efforts to keep the database current, but we make no warranties about:

  • Completeness - not all RDOs or property classifications may be represented
  • Currency - zonal values change when the BIR releases new Department Orders; our database reflects the most recent published data we have ingested, which may lag behind the latest BIR release
  • Exact classification - street, subdivision, and barangay boundaries in BIR documents can be ambiguous; results may require verification with your RDO
  • Parsing accuracy - data is extracted from Excel annexes and may contain formatting artifacts
